Shipping & Calculating Cost

Soulstem Collective provides an automated rate and shipping calculator within our site for our Canadian and US customers. Once you have finished shopping from our online store you will have delivery options and pricing attached to your order.

Soulstem Collective will ship internationally.  If your order is to be shipped outside of Canada or the US, simply place your order and we will calculate your shipping fee manually. One of our staff members will email you with your shipping fees for your approval, subsequently we will add this fee to your account to be paid by credit card.

Delivery Time

Soulstem Collective will package your order from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. We can estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the shipping options you choose. You will receive an email confirmation for the estimated shipping time.

Return Policy

Soulstem Collective will accept returns of undamaged items within 14 days of purchase.  If you have any questions or concerns with a product contact us so that we can best assist you.

If you are returning a product please do so in its original condition with product tags in tact.   Please include a copy of the packing slip and send it back to our Canadian shipping address.

The sender is responsible for shipping costs on items being returned or exchanged.  If upon our communication it is determined that it is our error in sending you the incorrect product then Soulstem Collective will pay the return shipping cost.  We will determine through contact prior to refunding your product.
